Generally, I don't eat cake, but I like strawberry cupcakes.  Sans icing.  I also like banana bread poured into cupcake molds and baked.  I also like sweet bean paste injected into the middle of plain, unsweetened cupcake mix, about halfway through the baking process.  We actually use our cupcake pan often, but I suspect our recipes are a bit unorthodox.  And, of course, we never use icing. 

I also find that the pan is easier to clean if we use the preformed, pleated, paper cups while baking.

For those who are unaware, Cupcakes is a disturbing MLP fanfic where Pinkie Pie drugs Rainbow Dash with a spiked cupcake, and then mutilates her in gruesome detail.  I've never read it, nor do I want to.
