World cup is something taken very seriously here, so obviously I watched every single game of it Even after the humiliation in the QF.

Yeah, it's true that. By the way, and this is somewhat unrelated, I was in Brazil during the 1994 world cup that they won, it was certainly a pretty great experience. Hope you had a good time here too despite we losing in the QF (against friggin Germany also )

I know...had it not been I might have had the highest average of anyone in the game.

If you'd tipped Brazil 13-1, you still would've had the fifth point. I think the scoring system was fair, but there are a couple of little tweaks i'd make next time: making margin of victory worth one point not two, removing the minus one point for neither team's score correct, and rather than the current no change, i'd take away a point for every goal beyong the draw if you tipped the loser (ie, if you tipped Greece 1-0 Morocco and Morocco won 3-2, lose one point, but if they won 3-0, lose three points)
