The Reagan line is witty and, as usual, a gross oversimplification, but don't let that stop you.

The Churchill line is kind of dull.  The Goldwater line is pretty decent.

I've explained it before. Sharron Angle has some good things to offer, and some bad ones. But mainly, I hope Reid wins from a strategic perspective, as I'd much rather Reid run the Senate than either Durbin or Schumer. Of course, Reid could step down as majority leader anyway, but if he loses, it's a sure thing.

@ Truecon.

From a strategic perspective, it would also be good to be one step closer towards an eventual majority. Anywho...

@ Morgan, Freedom Website. I don't quite get the rest of the sig though.

Not a fan of Charlie Baker...and I'm still holding out for Ron Paul in 2012. Wink

Right, except it's near impossible for that to happen. The GOP has pretty much admitted that it won't be taking back the Senate in 2010 under any circumstance...so although we may have one more seat with Angle, we'll still be in the minority, only we'll be fighting a far greater evil in Durbin/Schumer.

Reid is evil enough and Angle is one of the few GOP candidates who's not completely worthless.

Assuming this is a skip, I'm surprised you supported Schiff, TC.

Why? I was against McMahon, so it was either Schiff or Simmons for me. I supported Schiff once Simmons dropped out, though I was open to supporting the latter when he returned to the race.

Lol. Of course the things he means in sentence one are not exactly in the top 90% of your hot button issues... and he was probably somewhat mistaken about them, anyways... but great quote nonetheless.

Brevity is the soul of wit, as it were. Which would make nothingness the wittiest statement of all, no?

No, but Angle could be that extra Senator to put us over the top for a majority after the 2012 elections.
