I'd like to congratulate NCYankee on his reelection to the office of President Pro Tempore.

For administrative purposes, note that AHDuke is Dean of the Senate while NCYankee is PPT (since Duke is the second-longest serving Senator).

Does he get a car, driver, security detail and plane as well?

And also:
Order of Seniority
NC Yankee
Ahduke99
bgwah
Bacon King
Libertas
AndrewCT
Barnes
HappyWarrior
Snowguy
Eraserhead

This is the proper order of seniority, correct? I put the names in order of seniority in the PM's if you guys haven't noticed and if anyone is out of place, please let me know.

If I had stayed in the Senate, I'd be Dean right now. Just throwing that out there...Tongue

Does my last term count towards seniority or do they have to be consecutive?
Unfortunately, it starts over.

Where rules of seniority are placed, btw?
I'd honestly have to go look it up. I only know the rules in my head from an extended conversation with Yank over whether or not I was ever Dean of the Senate.

Be careful what you say. You're talking about the next POTUS, here.

I really don't want to sound like a coupist here, but could either Vice President Dallasfan or Dean Duke doing something, since we stucked and PPT is missing?
Yankee has been having computer issues the past few days. He was hoping to get it resolved by possibly just buying a new computer, but apparently something went wrong in his plan.
