Ah, but how are these terms defined?

(mind you, I suspect the answer is 'yes' no matter how you look at things. Mostly American and mostly Geek).

I'm actually dangerously underweight, don't know what you're talking about.

Most likely.  And those who aren't probably aren't much better off.

If you're serious (I hope you're not), you need to gain some weight soon. I recommend KFC, Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, or some other fast food place.

Probably not. The only people here I know 100% sure are overweight are Grumpy Gramps, Flyers2010, and AndrewCT.

I'm actually about 10 pounds from being underweight, so I think I should be able to counter at least one obese individual.

"Dangerously" is just what the stupid "Body Mass Index" thing tells me, I'm fine.  I'm ~120 pounds (~55 kilos for you Euros).

I guess I need to put up another pic of myself. I am down to a 31 inch waist, and 15% body fat percentage. Tongue

That's a horrendous idea.  Gaining pure fat is only going to make things worse.

I am still holding strong at a 30 inch waist, though it's hard in the summer to avoid drinking those peach milkshakes at Chicfila. I'm not sure how I've been able to keep it off unless it's all that running I do 3 times a week. Maybe it's the drop in booze consumption since leaving school balancing out things.

I'm only 15 pounds overweight, so not obese.

Hitting the treadmill three times a week, and then working out like crazy, more than balances out my "little" alcohol habit. Thank heavens for pot. It has no calories!  Tongue

We're probably not as overweight as the haters assume.

I'm a few pounds overweight, but nowhere near technicially obese.  6'1"ish 220lbs..ish.

Having looked into your crazy American measurements I'm 5' 11'' tall and weigh 165 lbs. I could lose a little but I'm not obese.

(Mikado, 55 sounds like really little but as long as you feel fine...)

Well there are two types of geeks, the almost underweight skinny weak ones, and the big greasy ones.

It has always seemed to me like more of the posters here are of the skinny geek type rather than the fat type. I for example used to be slightly underweight. But then I'm mostly going by the pics in the picture thread, and presumebly the skinnier people would be more likly to post there.
