That's a horrendous idea.  Gaining pure fat is only going to make things worse.

I am still holding strong at a 30 inch waist, though it's hard in the summer to avoid drinking those peach milkshakes at Chicfila. I'm not sure how I've been able to keep it off unless it's all that running I do 3 times a week. Maybe it's the drop in booze consumption since leaving school balancing out things.

Hitting the treadmill three times a week, and then working out like crazy, more than balances out my "little" alcohol habit. Thank heavens for pot. It has no calories!

Well there are two types of geeks, the almost underweight skinny weak ones, and the big greasy ones.

It has always seemed to me like more of the posters here are of the skinny geek type rather than the fat type. I for example used to be slightly underweight. But then I'm mostly going by the pics in the picture thread, and presumebly the skinnier people would be more likly to post there.
