totally borderline, I predict a tie, but because that isn't an option, I'll pretend FL, WI or NM goes Kerry and he wins Cheesy

After voting this morning and then working the polls, I'm going to say Kerry will win Virginia.  I didn't know there were that many Democrats in the whole world!! If turnout is as heavy across the country as it was in the two polling places I was at, there will be a Kerry landslide.

I thought Bush yesterday and I still think so. But the impression he just gave on tv makes me really wonder. He seemed worried and very, very anxious. At least he doesn't know he will win.

Uncertain.

But...

Uncertain does not always mean close...

IF turnout is as high as some are saying Kerry could win big.

But I've yet to be convinced of this

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I do not know who will be sworn in in January.

Lidaker: I got the same impression about Bush after voting. Not sure what it means though.

Kerry will win, and Bush won't carry Wisconsin, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Michigan or Iowa.  The decision to waste time and money there will be proven to be idiotic.  And the GOP GOTV 72 hour plan will be a flop.  Everyone remember  this prediction and you can congratulate me later.

President Kerry. In a landslide.

Despite republicans trying to imitate the voter intimidation actions of the segregated period.

Kerry could win, but not by a landslide.  If he were to win, he'd have less than 300 EVs.  Bush, on the other hand, has a better chance of winning more than 300 EVs.

Absolutely, you can call me every name in the book and make fun of me for the next four years.  BUT I deserve the kudos if I'm correct....

Kerry, in a landslide. There are way too many Kerry signs and bumper stickers around my region that went 70% for Bush in 2000. In fact, I have never seen ANY stickers and signs for a Democratic Presidential candidate around here and the Bush supporters keep stealing the Kerry signs too! Our local Democratic HQ had a brick thrown through it's front window as well. I have been here for thirty years and have never seen anything like this.

Yes!  Where I vote usually gets 60 people total (almost all republican).  There were over 70 who already voted at 6:15am and I had a 30 min wait to vote at that point.  Almost all of them were Kerry supporters.

The place I went to hand out literature had over an hour wait by 8am.  about 2/3 were Kerry supporters.
