Freedom of Consumption Act
1. The National Sin Tax Act is hereby repealed.
2. The Decriminalization of LSD Act is hereby repealed.
3. The possession, consumption, and sale of LSD shall be fully legalized.
4. Regions shall reserve the right to establish their own policies on LSD as well as on alcohol and tobacco products.

Section 3 is unnecessary, as that is covered by the Comprehensive Drug Reform Act. I don't really know if that act addressed the contents of section 4.

Did the Comprehensive Drug Reform Act repeal the Decriminalization of LSD Act?
Actually upon looking it over, that bill only does decriminalization as well.

Hmm perhaps the scope of this bill should be expanded then. I wonder whether it would be better to repeal or simply attempt to amend the CDRA. Certainly 2.2 of the CDRA needs to be dealt with.

Nay- the current state of decriminalization already means that regional governments already have the authority to outright legalize things in the CDRA. In addition, the CDRA
was
basically a legalization, just not in name.
