For the 3 years that I lived there, that was the official slogan of Guam (located just to the West of the International Date Line).  Being the first US territory to open and close their polls, the first vote tally's are in:

Bush:  17,264
Kerry:  9,540
Nader: 153
Badnarik:  53

Territories can vote for President, but their votes are not counted.  Same goes with Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
