Extroditionary, I shall impose an standing order to the Alþing proceeding.

1. Dual tracking rule:
At the time we're first considering and then voting the current project. However, you're all premitted to also discuss the next, but without any amending and, of course, voting before it arrives to real debate

2. Discipline
Presiding officer is able to suspend the unlury citizen from debate, but not vote, for a period no longer than 48 hours

3. Absence
When OFKA Lt Governor takes an declared leave or is offline for more than 2 days, the person he choose shall temporary preside.

Later, as this is provisional stuff, we should discuss a permanent rules for the Alþing.

Universal Cocaine:
