I did it in Northeast, so I can try it here.

Midwest Very Snob Order of Precedence Act

1. The Midwest Region shall use following order for ceremonial purposes
2. The order have just a ceremonial and symbolic meaning. It's doesn't reflect the chain of command nor line of succession
3. The order is as follows:

c. Regional Senator

2. A mandatory time for a votes on amendments shall be the same as above
3. A mandatory time for a final vote shall be 71 hours, but can be extended for additional 24 hours upon a request from the floor

So why the f**k did we created Althing? That doesn't make sense then.

To provide a unified place to debate and pass propositions, etc.  It does seem to have spurred activity on.  We can have the pace we're having right now without disregarding those provisions; we'd just need to have multiple votes at the same time (just like voting booths), which I don't think would get too hard.

1) That all candidates for Midwest Governor, excluding those who have already held the office, must provide a portrait of themselves to be added to the Official gallery.

1. Midwestern citizens who miss four consensutive Alțing without a good reason, like a declared absence, voting must suffer for this
2. They can freely choose between:
a. Reading whole Winfield's "Benson Rockefeller" thread on what-if board and then summarizing it to us
b. Reading all Gporter's TLs under the same conditions
b. Voting in all survivors for a week
c. Summarizing all of BRTD's opebo threads
3. There's no clemency unless by joint decision made by ican'tunderstandwhyitwasformerlyknownasverinandwhatthehellisverin, ican'tbelieveitwasn'tformerlyknownasverin and ican'tbelievei'mpresidingoververin
4. If they avoid a punishment, second such offence results in suspending voting rights in election and informing RG about inactivity

Any new Midwest citizen shall get 2 cakes, as opposed to one, the same with birthdays.
2. They shall also get at least 10 *hughughugs* from all midwest citizens.
3. The Citizen shall choose teh type of cake, and teh frosting on teh cake. *hughughug*
