Actually the Kerry campaign DID in fact have volunteers who "monitored" blogs, chat rooms and BBs. I saw a report about it on CNN. They had a whole room of  volunteers who were each on a different site and "monitoring".

Here you see the example the Demo Disinformationcampaign.  The problem is that they can't even lie well.  They get caught and get merciless ridiculed; friendfriedflounder deserves it.

He's a Democrat troll who spent the entire time saying he was a Bush volunteer and that Bush was obviously going to lose. No reason we shouldn't make fun of him now.

Friendfriedflounder is the type troll that deserves to be drug out from under his Kerry Edwards collasped bridge,
skewered lengthwise, and roasted over an open fire.

Probably somewhere on the Left Bank of the Seine, in Paris, France.  You'd have to fish friendfriedflounder out of the river, because he is definitely inSeine.  ;-)

Ok, but simply bumping up the thread without actually contributing to it, merely for the purpose of making someone look bad, seems to me to be in poor taste. I fail to see what is gained by beating the dead horse over and over again.

I'm not defending the guy, just saying, ok, we get the point, it's time to move on already....

As pointed out, this cyber fish fry is because of friendfriedflounder did, and because it's pretty clear that he was spreading disinformation.

If I started posting stories about the 'poor' African American turnout in Phila, I would deserve this treatment.  Instead, I poste accurate information, as I observed it.

The problem is I think its hard to catch fish like that during off election years.  Wink

I'm sure he still wonders in from time-to-time but doesn't post. I'm sure we will hear from him in a week or so and perhaps he will state that Hillary is leading in the exit polls in the 2008 election, so there is no need for voters to show up and vote for the republican candidate. After all he is a volunteer for the *insert name*/*insert nane* 2008 campaign and would have this inside poll information.

Hey come on guys. mypalfish was almost right. Let's say a few close states switched like PA, WI and MN. It would have been a landslide, folks. He tried to tell us...he really did...   Tongue

Foolish and silly to predict victory based on a slim lead in a very early exit poll of a few swing state(s). Anyone who would do that doesn't have any experience. And anyone who has ever worked the polls on an election day can reasonably observe that the later it gets the more GOP turns out.

And this guys was a Bush campaign volunteer. That makes me laugh.

BTW, I wonder where Nomo is/has been. Intensive care?

Nomo was banned and so was his IP.

Now might be a good time to bring him back though. Comedy and all.
