Well, that's a tough one.  I think the forum IQ is significantly higher than your typical random sample.

But when all is said, done, and in SamSpade's case, not divulged, who's got the number one smarts?

Most smartest? I suppose that means we can eliminate you from consideration.

Also, don't be surprised to see Gustaf nominate himself.

LOL just kidding Tongue

No, I'd probably have to say muon2, for one. I don't know his IQ but he definitely knows his stuff.

Nah.. that's not how he operates.  He would, instead, tell everybody else how stupid they are and simply assert his intellectual superiority by process of elimination.

Why puff yourself up when you can put others down!?

That's probably about right.  Though he is a Republican, so he loses a few IQ points and a whole lot of brownie points Tongue

There are some really smart people here, especially in the area of math (as in it's relations to elections, etc.) Too bad I suck in that area. Wink

Muon is the man. After chatting with him at dinner for 3 hours, there is zero doubt in my mind about that. It is not even close. Among other things, beyond his political job,  he is a physicist, and a physics professor. Physics is not a "gut" major. Smiley  Lewis may be second. I mean a guy who, as his second language, speaks, writes and reads English (including heavy duty texts) better than about half of the posters here at least, is well - smart!

And then there are the Als, and Anguses, and Alcons and the like (hey I haven't even got through the "A's" yet!), with tons of brain power. It is pretty humbling really.

And then there are the lawyers. Tongue

We have no idea how smart those two people may be, to be fair, as everything gets clouded by being completely psychotic and delusional

I would think that Psychics has a lot of "gut" feelings in it.  Unless you actually meant physics.. in which case I would agree. Smiley

Physics is infinitely interesting.  It is truly amazing how something so big as the universe can be made out of such little itty bitty things.

This forum is made up of people at least above average in terms of IQ. I'd actually like to take the test again and see if I've fallen or improved from my 111 5 years ago. I might have to say that useful idiot is the smartest person here. I also believe that most people are smarter than they appear on here as political ideology gets the best of everyone's emotions and leads us to type things that we don't mean or want to say.
