Boehner says that it would make the Republicans look serious about being fiscally conservative.

But I would suggest that eliminating the 360,000 spent on having a Policy Committee.

I think that it will just lead to you know, the imagine dems are trying to paint. That whole GOP having no ideas, and just saying no? Plus that 360,000 probably wouldn't even be saved and spent on other "initiatives."

It makes them look desperate to cover up the fact that they're just as big spenders as the Democrats and they have no interest in actually changing that.

But to be fair, it is a useless entity since the Republicans' platform and actions are completely unrelated.
