CNN is reporting that Badnarik won Tyrrell county in North Carolina.  And he got 20% in Chowan?  Is this for real and if so... why?

Interesting.  I think they've got a typo somewhere.  The NC state website shows Badnarik getting a whoping 4 votes in Tyrell.

Ah.  What about Chowan?  Or Franklin, Indiana?  CNN has them at 7% there.
