The draft boundaries were released by the Electoral Commission today. I haven't had a chance to look at them yet, but I believe Antony Green has a thorough analysis on his website. I'll comment more later (I'm about to go out).

The Final Report has been tabled in Parliament.

The initial draft substantially altered some boundaries. The final report doesn't change things much, just a few small ones here and there in most cases. Probably some big changes in McEwan (still smaller than the draft, though). Lalor and Gorton seem to have been amalgamated and then halved, although Gorton may have lost parts to Calwell and Maribyrnong.
