Lieberman would definitely pull in CT for the ticket, but not true for Rangel and New York. He'd get slaughtered upstate.

I think Rahm Emmanuel would be a better fit for this scenario, either as Lieberman's VP or paired with Rangel.  In the latter case, both of them support slavery.
