I tallied it:

Bush - 51.09%
Kerry - 47.42%
Other - 1.49%

Bush improved, Kerry improved over Gore's numbers. Slight decrease in Bush's margin of victory. It looks like there was a large increase evangelical turnout in the rural counties known for them (Brown, Cottonwood, Pipestone, etc.) and a decrease for Bush in the urban counties.

Still a swing district. We can take this one in 2006 if Gutknecht retires which many have speculated. Although by then though there's a good chance I'll be living in MN-5 instead.

I'm most interested in seeing who took MN-3 (ilikeverin's district). Very good chance this one flipped.

You need a moderate to conservate Democrat like Tim Penny to take that district.
