According to cnn.com, Peroutka won with 41%(540 votes.)  First.....is this correct?...And if it is, does this strike anyone else as completely bizzare?

http://www.mainetoday.com/elections/2004/town_results.html?Town=Vinalhaven&OfficeName=President

Peroutka - 40.9%
Kerry - 39.3%
Bush - 18.9%
Nader - 0.5%
Cobb - 0.4%

In 2000 12% went to third party candidates so it is entirely possible, althought it does seem a little weird. They also voted above the national average for Anderson in 1980, Ron Paul in 1988, Perot in both 1992, and 1996, and Nader in 2000.
