What was the margin in Salt Lake City's congressional district?  It must have been pretty close in 1996.

I don't think so.  It may have been 48 Dole-40 Clinton; definitely not within 5 points.  The PVI (92, 96) for the SLC district is R+8.0.

Strange, because he only lost Salt Lake County by 4%.  Maybe the city belonged to more than 1 congressional district?
