The issue of terrorism probably swung the election to bush.

But the two counties that were acutally attacked on Nov. 11th (As Sen. Bunning says) voted over 80% for Kerry.

I'd like to that those in alabama and Utah who protected NY and DC from themselves.

Bin Laden already said he'll only attack states that go for Bush. You guys in the northeast would be safe either way.

Tweed take a look a the 2000 votes in Nassau, Suffolk, Staten Island and North Jersey and compare it with 2004. I said in a thread yesterday only 12% of the people who died in WTC were from New York County. Bush could cure cancer and he wouldn't get over 25% in Manhatten.  Furthermore, the Pentagon is in N. Va.
Terrorism swung both New York and New Jersey quite a bit.  If Rudy can somehow win the nomination he would win NY and NJ in 2008.

John Stewart talking points too.  They can't accept the fact that they lost so they try to pick at the results.

Kerry actually did better in Manhattan than Gore did despite the attack and despite losing nationally by 3% (a 3.5% swing from Gore .5% PV win!)

In Fairfax county to be exact, which Kerry won.
