..........for a few minutes on January 20, 2009, Joe Biden was Vice President to President George W Bush.

Biden sworn in as Vice President shortly before noon at which time Cheney ceased being Vice President. 

George W Bush still President until after Obama had taken oath of office at noon.

Therefore, between these two oaths, Biden was Vice President to Bush.

You're wrong.

Both Biden and Obama terms started at noon. Time of oath (earlier for Biden, few minutes after noon for Obama) doesn't matter.

Until noon both Bush and Cheney still were POTUS and VPOTUS.

From 20th amendment:

Section 1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

I'm suprised someone still believe these Urban Legends (like "Biden was vp for Bush for 5 minutes" or "Biden was President for 5 minutes").

That is what can be so annoying about you.
