Pennsylvania, for the following reasons:

1. The PA turnpike
2. I went to Edinboro for a frisbee tournament and the weather was nasty as were some of the Edinboro students
3. Most of the people who go to school here that are from PA (especially those from Philly) are kinda arrogant, from my perspective
4. Philadelphia Eagles/Phillies 

So basically I have not had any good experiences with any people from PA, plus I hate the Eagles.

Although PA does have this restaurant called Eat 'n Park, that's good stuff.

Hey, we are #4 for football in the Division 1-AA polls right now. As for Tech, I have a hard time believing they can beat Maryland, Virginia and Miami in 3 consecutive weeks (although the first two are at home). IMO, whoever wins the UM-UVA game will win the ACC in the end.
