I remember when I was your age... gym was my favourite class. Which was weird to me at the time, because I hated gym before. Smiley

Why anybody would be want to be 14-15 years old is beyond me.

I've loved my first two years of high school.  Sophomore year was the best year I've ever had.

Freshman year was the best. Sophomore year kind of sucked, but that was mostly because of me. The first two weeks of Junior year have been pretty nice, but the teachers are schizophrenic about assigning homework.

I remember Grade 9 (in Riyadh). It sucked balls. Probably my worst year ever. Grade 10 was bad, 11 was better (the end of grade 11 was good) and 12 obviously owned.

And yeah, you're lucky. I do feel like going back to HS with my crazy group of friends and not doing crap all year.

I always hated going to school when I was younger...I hate it still more than working. Atleast with working you have the freedom to have a drink or a cigarette break or make money, or come home free afterward without "homework".

Seriously, enjoy the next 4 to 13 years of high school. I remember my first day, and than I got stoned and drunk a lot, so I dont remember much after.. but it was always a blast. I like to think those were some of the best years of my life so far.. so enjoy it.

Now, I need to go back to college and get a better degree.

The law says "no one under 13."  If he's entering high school, he's probably 14 or 15.

As you go on in your working life; especially in this economy, you will find that most jobs (white collar at least) are more than capable of giving you homework.  They will give you little "perks" like blackberrys, laptops, but they will also expect you to be at their beck and call.
