The 17th place for Napoleon is very good. I don't like him very much, but with him and his army he brought the spirit of the French Revolution to the rest of europe.

Yep, and that's not even counting that the process for independence in Argentina (and i would guess in most of spanish speaking South America) began thanks to the abdication of Fernando VII and the appointment of Joseph Napoleon in his place.
So Napoleon definitely influenced more than just Europe.
