First time in almost a month the Republican has been leading in a poll for FL-Gov. I'll be inclined to believe this if I see it corroborated by other polls.

Scott is starting to drop money against Sink. She'll be done once the ball starts rolling.

Spending money doesn't always translate into a lead, of course. I plan to take a wait & see approach to this race, though I have no particular reason to doubt your analysis.

Well, in the past week he has started linking Sink, heavily, to Obama. He's been running ads with nothing but her quoting her support for Obama. With very very high unemployment here people are pissed at Obama.

I'm thinking this will be closer than assumed, but I doubt Sink can drop this one at this point.  But States knows better than I do.

Anyone think this might shakeup the race a bit?

Maybe. It's kind of old news. A few of the higher ups I know have said this may come up.

This race is going to go back and forth for a while. It's going to be one hell of a horse race to watch on election day.
