Governor Daniels announces a series of "educational" events around the nation concerning government spending. The first events are held in Colorado and see massive turnout from voters and non-voters alike.

President Obama gives a speech in Fairfax, Virginia:
Quote
Senator Bingaman talks a lot about how I haven't delivered change. He seems to ignore the health care bill that allows for many people in his home state of New Mexico to live healthy lives. Senator Bingaman also fails to note that, while I am leading all Republicans in the polls, he is not. If Senator Bingaman truly wants what is best for America, he will drop out, and prevent a possible Republican victory.

Bill Clinton speaks on behalf of Senator Bingaman at a rally in Lexington, Kentucky...
One thing President Obama needs to learn really quick is that passing a hefty spending bill in the midst of a recession is not wise. In 2010, America lost faith in Barack Obama, and it's time for him to start working to make bi-partisan solutions and take out the problems in the health care bill. There are good things about the bill, but there are also a lot of bad things.
I also have to question the integrity and character of a man who is calling on his opponent to drop out before there's been a single contest. President Obama, there is another 5 months until the first primary, and I suggest you get to campaigning before even more Democrats lose faith in you. The polls are closing, and they will continue to close. Kentucky, I ask you to vote for the candidate that is fighting for you, not the government. I ask you to vote for Jeff Bingaman!

Senator Jeff Bingaman spends 2 days campaigning in Colorado, with multiple stops in Denver and Boulder, as well as other cities.
Quote
Americans have a choice in this election: We can either go down a far-right, dangerous path. We could also continue down a path with failed leadership. Or, we can go in a direction where we have a government working for the people, not itself. That's what I envision for America, and if you agree, I ask for your support.
