Hard to imagine that so many people would be undecided at this point.

     Jerry Brown has been in statewide politics forever & Meg Whitman has been a constant fixture on the television for months now. Based on that 18% undecided is rather incredible, though at the same time PPIC doesn't seem to push leaners at all.
