For me, probably Ann Widdecombe (a woman who I disagree with on almost all issues (with the obvious exception of fox hunting), but she appears to have some integrity), William Hague (he seems to be fairly modest, plus he's from Rotherham), John Major, and Ron Paul.

On the left it was always Ted Kennedy and Robert Byrd.  Now, it is Chuck Schumer.

On the right is has to be George W. Bush and Orrin Hatch.

Hugo Chavez, Stephen Harper (the asshole has skills), Pierre Trudeau (I don't dislike him all that much, though), Rafael Correa.

No one said Ronald Reagan?  Surprised.  He'd be my #1.  Man's got some awesome communication skills, but was an asshole yet most of white America doesn't think so.

My #2.  Surprise- Rick Santorum.  Many similarities to Reagan.  He can sell a story and a bill of goods as well.

I used to dislike Reid for being such a lousy leader, but damn the guy knows how to run campaigns as he's proven this year. It's too bad he 's not heading the DNC or something instead of the Senate.

I could also throw in Hillary Clinton though I don't really dislike her anymore, just because even I fully admit she deserves massive credit for her victory in New Hampshire, which is probably the biggest election upset of my lifetime.

I don't both admire and dislike people. That doesn't make any sense.

I think he means politicians you both admire personally and dislike politically.

Bob Dole would be an example of someone I like personally but dislike politically. Wouldn't say I admire him though.

Ted Stevens: I admire his World War II service, but dislike the politician he turned into later in life.

That's how I read it.  Someone you can respect, but wouldn't vote for.

Ahmed Dogan, the leader of the Turkish MRF party in my country. He's a vile, crooked, corrupt, arrogant and nationalistic demagogue, but he also probably the smartest politician in Bulgaria and considering the resources at his disposal probably the most successful one.
