I wouldn't classify 9/11 itself as a presidential policy. When I say "Bush" was behind it, I am of course referring to the entire regime for which Bush was just the front man. Just as Obama is merely a puppet being used to sell the elites' agenda.

On the actual issues, Obama represents a continuation or expansion of nearly all Bush policies.

Agreed to that as well. Just remember though Bush did sign a massive health care bill. It just happened to be a different health care bill. And it was probably supported by his corporate buddies as well.
