Shouldn't you ask this question when we actually know who is running?

Rand Paul: Ron Paul, obviously. If he doesn't run, Gary Johnson.
Joe Miller: Sarah Palin
Rick Scott: I remember most national Republicans backing McCollum, so Scott may not actually make a primary endorsement.
Marco Rubio: Huck. I think he already endorsed him in 2008, and Huck also endorsed Rubio for Senate from the start.

Those are the only ones I can figure out so far.

Buck probably won't support anyone unless it's an anti-somebody move (anti-Thune, anti-Romney, Anti-Palin specifically). Everyone was backing Norton, nobody but DeMint was big for him

Scott isn't going to endorse Gingrich, Huckabee, or Romney, as they all endorsed McCollum over him in the gov. primary.  And Ayotte isn't going to endorse Palin, as two people in this thread have already suggested.  She's going to hold statewide office in New Hampshire, for crying out loud.  Don't you think endorsing Palin in a presidential primary is going to be a tad risky for her reelection chances?

EDIT: Of course, all of the above is assuming a competitive primary, in which we don't really know who's going to win in advance.  If one candidate builds up an overwhelming advantage before the primaries start (a la Bush or Gore in 2000), then virtually the entire party will endorse that person.

They'll wait until there's a clear front-runner and then make an endorsement.  That's what they always do.  The only exception would probably be Rand Paul, who would either endorse his father or Gary Johnson.

Some of them will, some of them won't.  Look at the 2008 GOP race.  It was wide open for a long time, and while many GOP politicos stayed on the sidelines, others did in fact endorse.

IMO, these candidates would probably be their first picks; whether those candidates actually run is a completely different matter.  And, Like wormyguy points out, many will wait until the field narrows its self down before endorsing.

Rand Paul- Ron Paul
Joe Miller- Palin
Sharron Angle- Sarah Palin
Christine O'Donnell- Sarah Palin
Ken Buck- Some Tea Party figure but probably not Palin; Pence or Gingrich?
Susana Martinez- Palin
Kelly Ayotte- Probably Palin
Rick Scott- He doesn't seem like the Tea Party type.  Maybe Daniels?
Marco Rubio- Mitt Romney
Bill Brady- Thune maybe?

Ayotte would be up for re-election in 6 years.  Why wouldn't she endorse Palin if she felt that she could boost her own standing with Republicans nationally in the event Palin won the nomination?

You are assuming that New Hampshire wouldn't be all for Palin in let's say 2014-2015 if she won the presidency.
