Yeah, Republicans are gonna make an issue of this, but she did the right thing here, and the number will go down with time, making her a more useful Justice, and at that point, it won't matter anymore.

To be clear, I wasn't being critical, but I think that's probably the highest number of recusals we'll ever live to see.

I don't think Republicans will really make this much of an issue; regardless, they would justifiably be making this much more of in issue if she hadn't recused herself from these cases.

The highest number most of us younglings will live to see, perhaps, but I do believe you were alive to see Thurgood Marshall recuse himself from 98 cases in his first term Tongue
