A-bob for Mideast Regional Senate

Hello Mideast citizens and friends. I recently just announced my intention to run for the Mideast Regional Senate. After Senator Franzl announced his retirement, I took a very long time making this decision. I truly love the Mideast and my active role in the Assembly. However, I believe we need new ideas and change at the federal level. It is time that we restore Atlasia to what it ought to be. The regions should have the most power in creating policy. I strongly believe in regional rights. I’m also not going to hide from the fact that I am a conservative, and proud to call myself one. But do not for one second think that this means I will ignore any other side of the political spectrum. When we work together, we can achieve greatness. I will not compromise my beliefs, but I will work with everyone to ensure we have the best possible laws that truly will benefit all of Atlasia. I look forward to serving as your Senator if you choose to elect me.

I would not actively push for the abolishment of it, though it hasn't really been useful recently. If the people truly make a movement to abolish, then yes, I would be open to the idea of abolishing the office.

A-Bob, the job you have done in the Mideast is simply remarkable. Though sadly, you weren't victorious in this election, I really hope you'll stay involved in the game. We need more people like you. You would have made an excellent Senator, who would have provided activity and excitement to the Senate. Sadly, the region did not think so.

Good job on running a great race. You really deserve a higher position for all of your hard work. Maybe even becoming Governor in January.

Thank you to all of you who supported and voted for my campaign. Unfortunatly, we were a little short in a tight race. HappyWarrior will serve us well in the Senate though. Even though we are different politically, I have no doubt he'll be open to new ideas and bring a balance to the table at the federal level. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please take it up with HappyWarrior as I'm sure he will be pleased to consult with you
