As a follow up, Republicans have filed suit here that the actions of the Adler campaign violated campaign finance laws. Having Adler staffers recruit DeStefano into the race and work to collect signatures represents an unreported in-kind contribution, or so it goes.

Good luck with that one.  It seems like the type of lawsuit you file for partisan reasons but probably won't win.
