I consider this to be even more of a Republican district than CA-20, so it seems like the two central valley districts are safe.

Berryhill's campaign has been pretty poor, from what little I've heard from across the country. He's a self-funder, not an experienced politician, and his campaign manager quit and posted a long rant about the campaign on youtube.
