No, he didn't make me interested in politics that much. It was, honestly, Sarkozy who had a big impact on my life by making me so interested in politics.

I remember being a supporter when I was twelve or thirteen.  I didn't start really getting into politics though, until after the election of 2008.

Given that he was one of Obama's 60 votes, I suppose yes.

Um, election night 2004 was the first I ever remember seeing an electoral map, so I guess so.

Oh, I was one of two students in my fourth grade class who was sad because Bush won. The other being a black girl. Tongue

If cold is no impact, and the interior of the sun is max impact, Kerry in my life ranked close to an absolute zero - and I'm glad. Smiley  He looks to me likes he wears a wig. I mean his hair can't be real can it?

No.  The only thing I remember about him was the one funny add that involved him in space.  I think it was somehow linked to a comment he made about the average education of men and women serving in the armed forces?  Anyway, I wasn't old enough to really understand what was going on when he mattered.

Yes.  2004 was a really important year in my life, and the election was one of the first things I got really emotionally involved in.  I'll always have nostalgia for him.

How about George McGovern, Torie? That would have been your first Presidential election if my calculations are correct. Who'd you vote for in that one?

In 2004, George Bush was Steve Finley (except that he never came over to the good guys). So does that make John Kerry Wayne Franklin?

Maybe.

Yeah. I'll always remember his campaign fondly despite the Downer Ending.

Not as big as Amy Klobuchar, Tim Walz and Bob Casey Jr. though.

Well, he is voting on legislation that directly affects you (whether it affects you positively or negatively is up for you to decide).
