Is every two-bit college in Pennsylvania doing polls this year?

Mike Kelly (R) - 44
Kathy Dahlkemper (D) - 37

They polled the statewide races too; Corbett leads 42-36 in the district, and Toomey leads 39-31.

It's not just Pennsylvania.  Every two-bit college in New York seems to want to get into the polling business, too.  IVR technology has made polling cheaper to do.
