I oppose it because it gives far too much power to the federal government.  I would vote against the first version of the same document as well.

To explain my position somewhat further, it's a pure protest vote against what I view as an unjust policy.  It's similar to the "MPs" from Sinn Fein:  They refuse to take a loyalty oath to the queen, so they aren't seated in Parliament.  They can't actually effect any change due to that - in fact they eliminate their opportunity to effect change.  The idea is that they are refusing to participate in a situation they view as unjust in the first place, which is also the reason why a Catholic in N. Ireland would vote Sinn Fein.  To give the proposed constitution a yes vote, even if it changes nothing, would be to implicitly endorse it, and I do not endorse it.
