The atlas currently has
275,573   Kerry votes, and 234,196 Bush votes, as does the returns here:

However, if you look on page 23, precinct Gahanna 1-B has 4258 Bush votes, 260 Kerry votes, and 638 total votes.

It's a good thing this system had a paper trail, unlike many used in this country. Bush really has 365 votes there.

We need to scrap voting systems that don't have a paper trail. Also, someone needs to subtract 3,893 votes from Bush's Ohio total.
