There's not a heck of a lot of difference between those already and likely to vote - Wu is up by 10 with those who already voted versus 9 who haven't yet voted.  Independents slightly break to Wu (44-40). 

OR-01 is a D+8 district.   No Republican ran against Wu in 2008.

Nah, I've had my eye on it for a while, due to Cornilles' fundraising and Wu's relative unpopularity.
