     Section 3 is unnecessary, as that is covered by the Comprehensive Drug Reform Act. I don't really know if that act addressed the contents of section 4.

Did the Comprehensive Drug Reform Act repeal the Decriminalization of LSD Act?


Actually upon looking it over, that bill only does decriminalization as well.

     Yeah, the sale of all those things needs to be legalized. I forgot that that bill didn't do that.
