If you want to vote in our own language, be my guest.

Well, hey - at least you're consistent (well, or you're at least being consistent now).

I think I'm going to stand with the Speaker on this one.

We can talk about having the right to vote in whatever language we want, but I still fail to see why. Can someone tell why is so important to complicate the election process (even if it is just a minor inconvenience) by voting that way? Unless I see a clear argument on how useful is to vote in several languages, I'll support the override.

OK, I think enough debate has passed.  We'll bring this to a vote to override the veto.  Members will vote AYE, NAY, or ABSTAIN.  This will be a 48-hour vote.

Ronald Wilson Reagan had a surging, booming, and illustrious economy. Heck, you couldn't walk down a street without making a 100$.

Do liberals hate him because he is a figurehead of success for classical economics?

Voting is now closed.  The AYEs are 3, and the NAYs are 2.  The AYEs not having reached a 2/3 majority, the veto is not overridden.
