Each round will last at least 24 hours. In case of a tie, the first tiebreaker will be votes from previous rounds. In case of a further tie, the second tiebreaker will be my vote. I have no vote except to break a tie.

We will eliminate three countries per round for the first eleven rounds, to reach the top twenty. We will then eliminate two countries per round for the next five rounds, to reach the top ten. Then we will eliminate one country per round for the next five rounds to reach the top five. Finally, the Countries of Africa Survivor will be selected from among the top five using Instant Runoff Voting. With the exception of the final round, you will vote for one more country than the number of countries that will eliminated that round.

I know. Pretty screwed up, considering Equatorial Guinea, Somalia, Zimbabwe, both the Congos, and half a dozen other countries I though would be automatic choices for immediate expulsion remain.
