I feel like we should assemble the whole Atlas legal team of super heroes.  The Torie, the spade, the moose, the badger, the junkie...forgetting anyone?  Paul718?

This has always been the case, no? Don't you have to be exactly 4 or younger to be fully immune to suit (or maybe that was only for torts, not sure)?

Doesn't mean there will be any victory here. Pretty clear that a 4 year old cannot act reasonably in such a way as would have prevented the injury.
