Brown will win by a similar margin of Gray Davis over Simon 48-42.

I suspect Whitman's troubles might have given Brown a bit of a boost. Now we are heading back towards "normalcy", since she is out of the news. It would have been surprising to see Brown win by 8-10 points while Boxer won narrowly.

It's a shame, I like Whitman and think she's a good fit for CA in this climate.

But, she sure did get gotten that that illegal immigrant mess.
