Here is the thing.  All things being equal, Florida is a very slightly redder than blue state.  This year is a huge Republican year.  Rubio is flirting with 50% in polls now.  4 House Democrats in Florida are about to lose.  Do you really think the voters will then turn around and elect a Democratic governor?  Don't get me wrong, Scott is a poor candidate, and in a more neutral year, Sink would definately win.  But in this environment I just don't see it.
