I'm going to run for Senate as a Farmer-Labor candidate.

Unlike the majority of candidates and Senators I am not running as a stepping stone for a bigger job... I've been VP... There's only one job higher and I don't want it... I simply wish to be a good legislater. I want to work with whoever is in power to pass good laws and to repeal bad ones. If elected I will be an active and independent minded Senator and will do all I can to create a better and more egalitarian Atlas.

Thank you and may God bless this Atlas

You would make a good "legislater."  You should run for John's house seat.

It is quite possible that WV and WI will remain  in the same Senate district as they are now.  Do you think that you will do better than the current legislatrix, Texasgurl, if that should be your opponent?

Good luck Al! I don't know who you will run against because by the looks of the redistricting plans being decided on by  the Governors, WV will either be in D1, D2, D3, or D4.

Texasgurl vs. Al = Pot vs. Kettle
