Airport Privatization Act
1. Effective 1 January 2016, all publicly owned airports which receive a majority of their funding from the regional government of the Northeast, with the exception of military bases, must be transferred to private ownership.
2. Privatization negotiations and agreements for airports specified in Section 1 will be handled by the regional government of the Northeast.
3. Specified airports which have not been transferred to private ownership by the deadline specified in Section 1 shall immediately be sold at auction to the highest bidder, and the money acquired as a result shall go to the regional government.
4. Airports which receive no bids exceeding 20% of current cash flows will remain under public ownership.
5. All regional funding for publicly owned airports not within the category specified in Section 1 will cease effective upon the passage of the next regional budget.
6. All governments of jurisdictions within the Northeast are hereby encouraged to privatize their airports.

Fair Bail Reform Act

1. For the accused of a nonviolent crime, bail is not to exceed $1000 or 2.5% of income based on the accused's most recent tax return, whichever is greater.

2. For the accused of a violent crime, bail is not to exceed $10000 or 3.5% of income based on the accused's most recent tax return, whichever is greater.

Disaster Relief Fund: The Northeast Assembly is advised to appropriate 20% of all budget surpluses to a Disaster Relief Fund which may be spent during emergencies at the discretion of the Governor via executive order.

The existing funds in the Disaster Relief Fund shall be listed in each budget.
