I am creating a legislation submission thread for members of the Northeast Assembly to submit their ideas. The speaker will hold all pieces of legislation up for a vote. Smiley

My colleague Governor Tmthforu94 has lent a helping hand to the Northeast by authoring this Constitutional amendment. I am submitting it and sponsoring it on his behalf:
