I've been a bit lazy about it, but I also have no current revenus estimates. I asked dkrol when he was GM, but then there was the resignation... I can try to put something together, but we'll be a bit constrained.

I'll propose a budget with expenditures and revenue rates within the next few days. ASFAIK, the one big change we had to tax law is that the gas tax has been indexed to inflation, so that estimate has definitely changed, and I assume that revenues from income taxes have fallen because of the recent economic downturn.

Sorry. Considering the lack of GM, I have no estimates on revenues, but expenditures have seen a slight increase, and had a $7B surplus last time, and we should getting more revenues with the new gas tax.
