The South Carolina plant current has only 787 work, but these are 737's so assembly work would be done in Renton.  However, I would expect that Boeing will have at least some of the production of the Y1 (the codename for the expected successor to the 737) in South Carolina, as it is supposed to have a good deal of commonality with the 787, and Boeing wants leverage with its unions.
